A high speed lift assist for assisting operators lifting metal pressings from a robot cell and onto a pallet. The system features a bespoke vacuum gripper with fail-safe technology to securely grip the part.
A SAPELEM ELS handling system mounted on an X-Y tracking system. This zero gravity balancer with a bespoke gripper was used to assist operators assemble high powered petrol engines. The system was designed to effortlessly lift crankshafts from am inspection bench and into the cylinder block.
Our Flexi E electronic handling system is used as an engine assembly aid for high performance engines. This system was designed using a mechanical clamp to securely grip the part and auto latch / de-latch for simple operation. The fingertip throttle controls allow for fast and accurate handling of the engine blocks on the production line.
A SAPELEM ELS handling system mounted on a lightweight tracking system. This zero gravity balancer with a bespoke gripper was used to assist operators lift cylinder heads through the machining process. The system was designed to weightlessly lift the completed heads from the conveyor and into packaging with optimum safety.
This handling solution uses our Balance Arm manipulator complete with a bespoke vacuum attachment for lifting and tilting glass panoramic roofs. To complete the production process, the system allows the operator to lift and tilt the glass roof as it if were weightless. This allows for precise positioning into various machine fixtures with zero product damage.
This pneumatic lift assist was supplied with a simple hook for handling various mechanical parts on an assembly line. The system was supplied with a transportable base to allow it to be moved to various locations in the factory. It also features pneumatic parking brakes to secure when not in use.
This pneumatic manipulator utilised our Vertical Balancer complete with a bespoke gripper to safety transfer and install rear car seats into a vehicle travelling down an assembly line. The system was designed with fast cycle times in mind, and automatically tilted the seats to fit through the door aperture.
