For loading pressed sheets into a robot cell, our Sapelem Electric Lift Assist was chosen as it was the only system able to keep up with the cycle time requirements. This system was supplied with a bespoke vacuum attachment which featured integrated safety devices and fail-safe operation.
For loading and unloading sheet material from a laser cutter bed, with a 2/3 day operating cycle this battery powered vacuum lifter is the perfect solution for this application. This tooling attachment can be used with any standard hoist or crane via attachment to the lifting hook.
